Recap of 2025 NDCP Hockey Townhall and Player Code of Conduct Meeting
This year’s meeting was held Wednesday, September 3rd with all NDCP Hockey families and players in attendance. After a prayer led by senior Patrick Lemke, the night kicked off hearing from Shay Boyle, NDCP President. Shay’s message was clear - the School is behind NDCP Hockey, is excited for the season and knows that that program will represent NDCP in all we do.

Kevin’s experience in hockey spans over 28 years at the Chicago Wolves. Players can and should stop to see Mr. Kacer for any injuries, aches and pains, even as a preventative measure. He is at the school during community period every day. We’ve had situations where Mr Kacer has altered the course of an injury healing with his care. Mr. Kacer reminded all players to look for the email to complete their concussion baseline testing.

Coach Spiewak, ‘18, returns to his alma mater as the strength and conditioning coordinator, while also serving as a teacher in the physical education department. Coach arranges Strength and Conditioning sessions each week for our Ice Dons. S&C is mandatory, unless a player is participating in a Fall Sport. Talk to Coach Spiewak and Coach Davlantes if you have any questions about participation. Look for weekly schedules on the NDCP Strength & Conditioning page on Instagram and on the NDCP Hockey calendar.
